First off, chill. Isn't it only 15 days? You can take that time to make something else or improve your work.
A user receives a temporary ban is too may submissions get blammed in a short period of time. So why does that happen?
When you upload an animation, it goes to the portal. Right now, 60 submissions can be seen at a time and each user can take 2 of those spots.
You took your chances and people didn't really like it, that's okay. Take some time off to improve or try something else. Let someone else have a chance to have their work seen too. In 15 days, you can try again.
This helps prevent spam and helps other animators get have work seen. It would be unfair if users who keep getting blammed push other animators away from attention.
